Mr Charles Ivuerah is a Commonwealth Legal Practitioner. He was called to the Nigeria Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1995. As a Barrister and Solicitor of Nigeria he trained and worked with foremost and prestigious firms of Femi Okunnu & Co. and Udom & Udom both Senior Advocate of Nigeria. It was at these firms that Mr. Ivuerah developed high spectrum litigation skills as a consistent ligation Solicitor. He also worked under the supervision of the Attorney General of Imo State Government, D C Denwigwe representing Imo State Government in high spectrum and highly contentious civil litigation dispute.
Mr Charles Ivuerah is also dual qualified and having qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales. He proceeded to the United Kingdom in 2000 where he undertook Master’s degree programmes at the Nottingham Trent University and University of Portsmouth, undertaking advance legal programs in Energy and the Environment Law and International Commercial Arbitration Law. Mr Charles Ivuerah also hold a Post Graduate Degree in Advance Legal Research Methods from the Southampton Solent University.
Mr Charles Ivuerah, areas of practise include immigration and visa appeals advising clients on their legal rights and the emotional difficulties that is associated with immigration. Family law, dealing with contentious divorce and obtaining decree nisi and until it is made absolute, non-molestation order, home right order, injunctive reliefs, child visitation rights and financial arrangements. He undertakes criminal matters, employment disputes, commercial law, intellectual property, recovery of possession, environmental issues, arbitration and mediation, insurance, and road traffic offences.
